  Was supposed to trade my i3 550 + $25 for his i5 750

  I sent the $25 and he was supposed to ship his CPU first, provide me tracking, then I would ship mine. Few days went by with no word, then a couple weeks later had to make a paypal claim. He came back to refund the money and said he would still send the CPU, but never did and never heard anything else about it.
  
  Nothing lost but time.
