Sold a flawed 6950 engineering sample vid card with BIOS flashed to 6970 claiming it was an actual 6970. Eventually settled only after victim sent police to his home. Multiple cases of shipping weeks late, poor contact and poor packaging. Multiple cases of leaving retaliatory heat evals for those who leave valid negative evals.
