    Purchased a NIB Crucial M4 128GB SSD. Item was damaged in transit but issue resolved (see below)

    Overall great transaction, unfortunate circumstances.

    Purchased the SSD and item was shipped quickly given the proximity to July 4th. The SSD was packed only in the retail box, with no outer box or padding. The box was crushed and there was a small (almost unoticeable) dent, which I would have let slide. However, testing revealed that something was damaged (only getting 3 MBps and ~7000 IOPS throughput).

    Sent the results to Lurien, who instantly agreed to refund and cover the return shipping. Got the refund the next day as well as the shipping costs as agreed upon. Handled very professionally.

    Overall, the transaction was positive. I chalk this one up to being new to trading, and I'm sure Lurien understands the havoc shipping companies like to wreak on people's stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to trade with him again.
