  Was to trade some items for a HP monitor. Paid $100 for him to ship it.

  Here it is the 10th of April and I still have no monitor. He told me he shipped it on the 21st of March. No tracking number, no receipt showing he paid for it or anything. Just a "yeah I shipped it". I have tried contacting him multiple times and have gotten nothing in return nor have I received a refund or anything. No reason for it to take this long to get to me. Also USPS doesn't ship anything over 70lbs (the monitor is 92lbs) meaning he had to use UPS or Fedex and BOTH include tracking at no cost.
  
  My only guess is that he didn't ship it and just pocketed the money. Having no tracking is just a lie.
  
  Either way I filed a police report and have been working with my bank for a charge back. Will be in contact with his local PD on the matter as well.
