    Superb communications very understanding I failed to get tracking info in a timely fashion yet no troubles. I typically use paypal for shipping which notifies buyer automatically tracking info, however there is a glitch with international shipping where I had to go to USPS directly to get label and fill out customs. Any who, lesson learned.
