    Poor communication. Hardly replies to PM's and video card was not working. Would not refund me for shipping back so I had a friend help me figure out the issue. DVI was not working and voltage had to be increased in the BIOS to get it to boot to windows via VGA. Will not deal again.

    Just adding my comments. Poor communication, true; but this was over thanksgiving holiday/weekend. As for the refund for shipping; i'm not issuing a refund without the item back. So to the card, the card was hooked up to a TV, and i only used the HDMI. Next time, i sell a gpu, i'll test all the connections....thanks for the experience
