    I sold my monoprice 27" monitor to roflcopter_down. Payment was made a few days after total was given.

    Unfortunately there was an issue with the shipping. UPS caused some damage to the item and it had to be picked up by UPS, inspected, and returned to me. The buyer was very patient during this entire process. I gave a full refund as soon as the item returned to me. I appreciate the patience and understanding shown during this process.
