    I bought a sony laptop c2d off him on anandtech. ssd hd, 4gb ram looked very clean had small crack near touchpad, no battery.

    REFUSES TO REPLY TO MSGS. Problems from day one. Both sticks tested bad memtest. Laptop shuts down when tap on it near gpu, (or type regularly). If use mouse only and light type it might work. i was very excited when laptop worked for few hours straight. Replaced one stick ram from ebay now memtests fine but still has short. He refuses to reply on anandtech. Nothing. He has listed several things since then but will not return a pm. Says he was out of the country and couldn't take it back. But he can list other stuff for sale? DON'T KNOW IF KNEW HE SOLD NONWORKING LAPTOP OR IF DOESN'T CARE. EITHER WAY HORRIBLE SELLER THAT CANT EVEN SEND REPLY. GAVE HIM WEEKS AND WEEKS TO REPLY FINALLY TOLD HIM NEXT TIME LOG IN AND NOT REPLY NEG GOING UP. HERE IT IS!

    First of all. I replied to every single one of his emails (Which I still have copies of) Second he never asked for a refund. Third if he had asked I would have offered a refund as well as paid for the shipping back. Fourth the laptop worked perfectly fine when I had it, not sure what he did to it. Don't know if this guy is full of crap of what. I have never had a bad sale, this guy is the worst person I have ever dealt with on any forum. Stay away from this guy if you don't want any problems, interesting how great the laptop works for me then he screws with it messes it up and has the gall to say I did something yeah right BS....
