    Motherboard had a piece broken off and hanging by wires, network card does not work. I/O Shield and receipt never sent after repeated requests and promises.

    Received package a piece of the board, for what I assume was related to the network card, was clearly broken off, network card did not work. IO shield and receipt missing. Contacted forwarded pictures. Inquired about the network card as it didn't work he said everything worked perfectly fine and no issues. After troubleshooting trying drivers from MSI and qualcom and looking up other ideas I asked if he even used the network card and was told he did not and he used a separate card, obviously took this as he lied before. Promised on several occasions to send a receipt and the IO shield so I could at least try to RMA the board. Didn't follow through, contact several times via PM and email got responses with continued promises but no results. Had to buy a separate network card and now am unable to even try to RMA the board with no receipt.
