    Ordered a Sapphire 290 from him.

    The card did not work correctly when it arrived and ceased functioning entirely within a few days. The seller was initially responsive, but stopped responding and has not taken the card back/refunded my money.

    I have provided the buyer with all needed RMA information. Sapphire has issued an exchange for the "defective" card. Couldnt communicate with the seller at the time due to a health issue. The issue has been sorted with the buyer. I apologize for any issues/problems caused.
