  Very easy to deal with. Seller said it would take about, 3 days to arrive but it only took 24 hours. scarf was described as "brand new" I thought it was going to be in perfect shape but it really was brand new. My daughter loved it and I would buy again. It was sent faster than had she been able to deliver it in person.
