    Bought an MSI 694D and a Compaq 15/30 DLT tape drive.

    Rich is one of the best to deal with online. Very professional, easy to communicate with and willing to go that extra step to make everything go smoothly.

    I live an hour or so away and so we came to an agreement on a non-shipped price, unfortunately our schedules were conflicting and dragged the deal out for 2 weeks. Rich was extremely patient and I was finally able to get down there and pick the items up.

    Everything was exactly as he described and he ended up giving me twice the number of tapes as was originally agreed on also!
