There was an issue with the motherboard that I sold him and I provided as much troubleshooting for it as I could but no luck :( I gave him a few options and he chose the partial refund. After suggesting an amount that I thought was plenty fair, he accepted and I gifted it to him via PayPal. Overall smooth transaction with a very understanding buyer. A+
