Seller did not ship until paypal dispute was opened, he did this on purpose.
Item arrived in the motherboard box only, no packaging box, no packaging material, no protection.
Item arrived damaged.
Can't open a 2nd PayPal dispute for same item.
Seller wanted me to SCAM USPS and blame them, item was not damaged in shipping.
Seller is non-responsive, and refuses to do anything even after claiming to open USPS claims.
