  Product was received quickly and with no damage or dead pixels. He insured it for proper amount with confirmation delivery. He kept in contact via the forums and kept me updated when packaged was sent out. I would definitely buy from again. Wish I had offered to get the 2nd monitor for my wife, but oh well.
