    Zurg had ordered a copper/acetal full cover water block for the Titan X Pascal from EK, but had intended to order a Nickel/Acetal block. I offered to order the block he wanted and had it shipped to him while he sent me the copper/acetal block he had. He paid me the difference in cost and shipped the block out immediately.

    Communication was excellent. Clear, concise, and good attention to detail. Shipped the water block the same day and even offered to pay for overnight shipping (which I declined). He was generous with paying the difference for the favor too. Would do business with again. Thanks.
