  I bought a used MSI Gaming X 1070 from seller for $320, $338 with shipping.

  Communication was great, I just PM'd the seller for the price with shipping, sent payment via paypal, and GPU was sent. I just received the GPU on 12/11/16. Card was packed with a lot of bubble wrap with an antistatic bag and arrived in good condition. The card had no major cosmetic issues and works just fine. I managed to overclock it to 2.1GHz and it's still working fine.
