  Good communication to the point he helped me troubleshoot power supply issues I was having due to me upgrading to a more powerful GPU. He was patient with my assessment of this GPU which was packaged in a plastic clam-shell and padded with air-filled packing bags in a brown box. Item arrived the next day since we live in the same state. I would do business with this user again.
