    Bought an HP model X2 Chromebook with cosmetic blemishes, missing stylus, and non-functional headset jack.

    Seller originally described headphone jack as partially functional with low volume output. I couldn't get the jack to work after multiple troubleshooting attempts but overall am pleased with the device. Seller accepted my offer on the account of the missing stylus. Chromebook was packed well and shipped out promptly. Seller updated me with tracking info and was pleasant to deal with. Thanks!
