  Communication was great! We had an issue with the post office and my package was stuck for about a month. Craptacular checked in every week to ensure that he was on top of the status even though the post office wasn't budging. I wasn't worried that the package wouldn't arrive or that I had been scammed. I eventually got the item and it worked perfectly, thanks a lot!!!
