  Purchased a Plextor 40x SCSI CD-ROM & a Pioneer 10x SCSI DVD-ROM from him.

  He was real quick with shipping as soon as he recived paypal payment. His packaging wasn't up to par however. He packed both drives in plastic (not anti-static) bags, and then wrapped in paper, and placed in a retail (flimsy cardboard) cd-rom box. The drives did arrive in working condition, however the box was pretty well trashed. The one Plextor CD-ROM drive did suffer a small chip/crack in the front facia, but nothing worth making a big fuss over. He did ship insured mail, but he did put the drives at risk considering the pakaging so I'm giving him a "neutral" rating. I would buy from him again provided better packaging.
