    Bought a 9.1gig Quatum KA

    Viperoni was the Seller on July 8, 2000 AnandTech

    The drive came with everything John said it would, but when it arrived, it was full of tiny errors.
    I told Master about this, and he VERY promptly offered to refund my $$$, which he did, and even threw in a bit extra for my shipping expense.
    Turns out the little errors were easily fixable, and the drive is still perfect.
    He always maintained EXCELLENT communication, and I wouldn't think twice to deal with him again.
    He resolved the problem ultra-fast.
    Couldn't recommend more highly.
    Know how to take care of his customers.
    A++++++ rating.
