Matt emailed me as soon as he got them to let me know. I apologized profusely, and shipped the missing discs out the next day. Matt received them today, and send the remainder of the money via paypal. Matt is a great trader and very easy going about the whole missing discs thing. Would trade with him again in a heartbeat (and this time, he'll get it all the first time, lol :) )
