Purchased an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro AIW from Jeff

I specifically asked jeff whether the card comes with ALL the software and all cables. I was assured that it did. However, three of the cables were missing when I received the card, and only about two weeks later I received one of them. This could have affected me being able to sell the card, as the cables are expensive to replace.

I am still missing two cables that, while generic (S-video and composite) were a part of the original packaging and promised to me. Nor have I received a partial refund to finance the replacement cables, as asked of Jeff.

He posted a FS thread on Anandtech for a 'barecard' Leadtek TI4400. I agreed to buy it, but after looking at his limited Heatware I asked him if would be willing to ship first. Without hesitation, he agreed. After that, I receive a PM from Jeff saying that he found the box, manual, dongle, driver and game cd's. Jeff could have easily not told me that, and definately saved himself some shipping costs. I really think that says a lot about Jeff. Anyway, he shipped out everything as promised (double boxed) and I received it, unscathed, 2 days later. It was great deal and Jeff handled himself like a pro. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.
