I bought a Radeon 9700pro from Mike on Nov 8/03. His shipping department at work accidently shipped UPS instead of the agreed upon USPS.

As I live in Canada (and UPS is Satan), I called Mike and told him I would not except a UPS shipment.

He immediately offered a full refund. I declined and agreed to wait while UPS sent the card back to him. Then he would send it my way via USPS.

After nearly 2 weeks, Mike received the card back from UPS. He opened the package to check it over before sending on to me, and found the card broken.

He immediately credited my paypal account the full purchase price, plus extra for the inconvenience.

So, although this transaction was abyssmal ...... I can tell you that Mr. Netting is as honest as can be!

I am just sorry it went so poorly for him!
