Bought a Sparkle 400

Received it overflowing with dust. Too much dust to feel safe using it with. One side has sticky foam like material on it that has to be removed. Ended up having to clean it a lot before putting it in use.

Bought for $30 shipped. He offered to reimburse me $30, minus his shipping cost($15) and I had to ship it back($15). I would lose either way. Decided to keep it. PSU does work.
