Will had a bad habit of not responding to PM's or e-mails right away but it was not really a big deal as he did eventually respond. Transaction was processed and I got the item shipped on time but it was DOA. At that point, I was able to contact William one more time via e-mail about troubleshooting and then never heard from him again once talk of a return was mentioned. It has now been about 6 months with MANY PM's, IM's, and E-mails sent to Will Langford without a SINGLE reply!!!
VERY bad form, buyers beware!!!
