Deal started out smoothly enough - ll350 had good communication and paid via paypal promptly. When the package arrived at his mailbox, he found it ripped open with movies missing. ll350 promptly contacted me with pictures and explained the situation. He spoke with both apartment staff as well as USPS regarding the issue and sent me all the info I needed. I ended up refunding his purchase and am working it out with USPS on insurance. He was NOT pushy about an immediate refund/resolution and IMO went above and beyond what I would expect out of a buyer. I would definitely trade with him again in the future.s
