Sold Richard a 10/10 ethernet card and a 32 meg Geforce mx card. The ethernet card arrived in tact, but the video card was damaged during shipping. Once Richard received the package, he notified me of the problem and he sent me back the card immediately. He was always willing to work with me during this situation and was never upset like I would have expected. I sent him a partial refund for the card. I would absolutely deal with Richard again in a future sale or trade. He's always willing to work with anyone regardless of any problem that may arise. Thanks.

I originally met Gary on genmay.com in the Steals and Deals forum. He was trying to sell his notebook because he wanted to buy a high end desktop and a nice LCD too. I was in need of a notebook and I wanted to sell one of my desktop systems. I spoke with Gary about a trade and he liked my specifications and agreed to a straight up system for system trade. Due to him being new and with relatively little feedback, I asked him to ship first. He was hesitant at first, but eventually agreed to ship first and did so. When I received his package (within 3 days of our last chat) I found it to be packaged very well. He obviously put in a great deal of effort in making sure nothing would be damaged during shipping. He included everything that came with the notebook and even threw in a legitimate copy of Microsoft Office 2003.

The same day, I packed my system and LCD and shipped it to Gary. He received the package a few days later and made repetitive comments about how nice and silent the system was. Overall, he seemed to be very happy with the computer. Overall, I was very satisfied with our trade and would not hesitate to ever deal with him again. He is a great guy who will keep you informed of anything, and throughout the entire transaction he was very courteous and professional. Great guy ?Çô thank you Gary!
