The card was packaged with peanuts and paper and arrived safely in an anti-static bag in the original box. It functioned properly.

This HTPC set is a great set. All the parts were well chosen and well kept. The packing was well done and nothing was harmed in shipping. Also, I was going out of town for a bit so I asked Karsten to delay shipping a few days. There was no problem with that and always accomodated me. The communication was excellent with emails back and forth and the tracking number right away. We ran into a problem when I found out one of the IDE channels on the motherboard was not functioning. (I believe that Karsten was unaware of this problem prior to the trade.) I wanted both IDE channels to work though and Karsten offered to split the RMA cost with me and did so promptly. Anyone can deal with a simple trade but it is difficult to still be courteous and helpful when something goes wrong. Karsten was a great person to deal with for my first non-Ebay transaction.
