CDRW for Money Order

Sold him a CDRW that was to be paid by MO. I didn't recieve my MO until 32 days after my item was delivered. During this time, 3 seperate MOs were claimed to have been sent. First 2 had no proof of mailing, the 3rd had an invalid DC#. On the 4th attempt I did recieve a valid DC# and my MO, but the Mo's issue date did not correspond to any previous attempt; ie no proof there was any attempt to pay me previously. Hopefully this deal was just an anomaly, but communication needs to improve and there must be follow-up to ensure goods are recieved as promised, and in a timely manner.

Communication was good and timely, and computer was delievered as decribed.

Two small points for improvement however. 1:) I paid an extra $25 for a bigger HDD, but when it arrived it was making a ghastly noise. Probably damaged in shipping, but a bit disappointing. however it is still covered by Maxtor's warr, so all works out. 2:)Packaging was good except that the comp was not in a bag and the packing peanuts got inside the comp. Probably not a good idea to have static-prone styro inside electronic equip.

Overall, a good trader and would deal with again.
