  • A complete gaming system. Included 7950GX2, P5W DH, 150GB Raptor, 4 gigs of ram, and a Dell 24\" monitor.

TK2K was the Seller on September 26, 2006 AnandTech

I would be very careful with this seller. He is unorganized and unprofessional. He shipped the monitor and system separately. The seller agreed to ship first as long as I help with the shipping which I did through Paypal. It took him over a week to provide me with the tracking number for the system and never received one for the monitor. The system arrived in shambles due to supposed shipping damages. UPS picked it up for damage inspection.

He supposedly ordered a stop shipment on the monitor and said he had to review the condition before he will ship it back. We reached an agreement on the price for the monitor and later that week he said he couldn\'t ship it due to the refusal of the insurance claim. Less than a week later he posts the monitor up on Anandtech without even offering the monitor to me.

His explanation was \"look, to put it shortly, i do not want to deal with you, seeing as our last dealing involved me losing about $400. now i do not think it was your fault, i just do not want to deal with you again.\"

I don\'t understand why that has bearing on our agreement for the monitor. At first I could have cared less about the shipping money but after his unprofessional reaction and the broken agreement left me no choice. Just because the amount of money is small does not mean that the seller has the right to forfeit my payment after breaking the agreement. If I paid a deposit for the car and suddenly the seller lost money because one of his other sales went bad, does that give him the right to forfeit the deposit and keep the car?

His deals might be nice but the hassle and the hoops you have to jump through aren?ÇÖt worth it. Take a look at his other heatware, most of them had to call his mother in order for him to ship.

    Response from TK2K
This user is quibbling over $25.
I gave him a deal $800 off retail price! the system was destroyed.

I did not want to risk dealing with him again, seeing as UPS was horrible on his end, AND he did NOT EVER pay me

  • trade for a 500gb hd and ds lite.

TK2K was the Buyer on April 24, 2007 AnandTech

I backed out of the trade after he specifically asked me to get insurance for a hd. Looking at his past fb, it seemed to me that he was going to ask me to file insurance claim once he got a hd. it was just a red flag and i simply backed out of the deal.

also, i asked him for his ebay fb to check for more references and he did not give it to me until 15 minutes after i told him i was going to back out of the deal.

  • I bought a v2100b, 4 hdds, and some watercooling parts. (also bought a psu)

TK2K was the Seller on August 24, 2006 AnandTech

Well, he seemed rather unorganaized. I never received the psu (said ups lost it), but he did return the money i paid for it. Shipping on the first set of parts was fairly quick. Ont the psu he said ups lost it but didn\'t have a tracking number(although he did give me a refund)

If you can\'t pass up his great deals, go for it, but be coutious.

Good trader, decent communication. Phoned and Was informed of a shipment to be delivered. Items shipped with lots of penuts, and were wrapped in thier respective bubblewrap/anti-static bags. Would deal with again is need arose.

  • Bought Opteron 175 and DFI Expert motherboard via Anandtech forums.

TK2K was the Seller on July 11, 2006 AnandTech

Not exactly the best seller, but still not a bad experience. Recieved the stuff within a week of payment. Only issue I had was I wasn\'t sure when he was going to ship the products. I would say buy, but be cautious. Overall a good sale.
