  • I sold him what I thought was PC-3200 RAM. After I shipped the item, it was discovered that I had made an error and the RAM was actually PC2-3200, which wasn't compatible with his system. I made the offer to refund his money and he would return the item or I could find another buyer and he would ship the item from his end. I would then reimburse him his money and a little extra for his trouble. Tay choose the latter option. After getting no bites for the RAM, I told Tay to ship the item back and I would give him half the funds when it shipped and the rest when I get the RAM. Tay had no problem with that. I had some delays in getting the RAM from Canada Customs. (I was disputing the taxes they were charging me to get my RAM back.) During all of this, I tried to keep him as up to date as possible as to what was happening.

This all took place from July 3 - August 8.
Tay was always very patient and understanding during the whole transaction. I can't thank Tay enough for all of his patients.
