**ATTN: Canadian Buyers** I bought a GTX280 off of Chuck. Good product (item as described), but horrible communcation and service.

First off, the card was as described and works great, I\'m sure this guys a decent seller for U.S. buyers.

I had requested for him to ship it a certain way and he agreed. He didn\'t ship the card for a week after I had purchased it. When he finally shipped the card, he didn\'t do as I had asked him and I got charged $68 in border charges. I wrote him afterwards, and he ignored my follow-up emails. Finally, he responded after 3 attempts and a month later acknowledging that he made a mistake with the shipping info, but just said \"too bad\" about the $68 border charges, like it was my fault because he couldn\'t follow instructions. He declared the value of the card as much higher than I paid for it. I will never deal with this seller again, apparently simple instructions are beyond his capabilities.
