I bought a GTX1050 Ti Video card. Paid for it with PayPal.

Made an offer for a Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti video card here on the Marketplace. Justin accepted, I gave him my PP info, he sent payment request, I paid. He messaged me and explained there was a problem with the PP site putting a HOLD on his money until he shipped the item. He asked me to mark it as received. I thought it odd and glad I didn't do it. He then said he will have to wait a week then ship and I agreed. 2 weeks later, I have yet to receive the card even though it is marked as "shipped" but no info or tracking. This morning I sent a message requesting shipping info and such and informing him I would have to open a claim with PP if I didn't get any real tracking info. He replied and said, "go ahead bitch I dont care".

I filed a PP claim and I am now awaiting my refund or card. Check the feedbacks here and compare. Who is the scammer and who is legit? Stay away from this guy. BTW, his AD is STILL up. HeatWare, how about removing it so somebody else doesn't get ripped off. Thanks.

Bad deal on misrepresented PC components

Offered an AMD X2 4400 CPU/mobo bundle. We settled on a price. I paid in good faith, he SHIPPED an AMD X2 4200. Contacted seller and he only wanted to partially refund me a lousy $12 for a CPU that has a difference in value of $40-$50. I only asked for $25.00, but he refused. I hate to be the bad guy here, but HE misrepresented his parts and then would not make it right. Be wary of this guy and INSIST on dated, signed PICTURES of anything you are thinking of buying. He got me, don\'t let him get you as well.

BTW, he is gonna reply saying he offered a full refund + shipping costs, which he did, but he was told about my situation and the need to get these parts into a PC, and NOT having time to wait to find, buy and be shipped replacements components. He should have just made the deal right by me as it was HIS mistake, or HIS deception that led to the problem. Bad to deal with for sure.
