I was surprised that I received the package so quickly, and even more surprised when I opened it up. I don't think EVGA has even packages things as well as he did for me. I originally thought 'Did he send me a brand new card?!' it was in that immaculate of condition.

PM'd Kram out of the blue as I had not talked too him in about a year, he has always been kind and very patient with me. Asked him if he by chance had a 2 way SLI bridge laying around, he did. Then I mentioned I needed a Hi-flow bracket for a 580. He had one as well. Shipped them out priority extremely quick and as always was very nice.
