  • Windows 98 Second edition

iosmkim was the Seller on January 17, 2004 TechIMO

I have shipped the Windows 98 Second Edition to this user. When he says it works, he needs some time to earn some money. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a sale that leaves to be desired because he hasn't paid me for the purchase yet.

  • Sold an Audio Card and 2 sticks of Samsung DDR SDRAM

Mass Communication via E-Mail and mass correspondance helped me reach my seller's goal with this one.

Highly recommended. Honest person to do business with. I gave 100% effort during the conduction of business and it was well worth it.

  • Very old IBM Laptop Pentium MMX 166MHz, 800x600 65536-Color Display, Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6A.

Shipped item first to Cruez. My policies are extremely different as I want to make sure items work at the eyes of client before they pay for it. This is another test that I did striving for only the most superior "things" OBO-Style--Giving my Phone Number, peaceful negotiations, seeking to make things worry-free, I always strive to make used items a worry-free sell. I also want to strive to get the lowest possible cost as far as shipping is concerned as well. As a seller, I have learned that I must be willing to help, I must make sure that the items people receive are trouble-free first, that they make sure the items is working, and in the event of some problems, tried to even help Cruez out. Even though he only has minor trouble with said item, I am praying for it, and he should feel free to contact me just in case something goes amok, because I want to be 100% behind EVERYTHING I SELL.

  • Pentium III 1.0GHz with Gigabyte Motherboard, 512MB PC133 SDRAM, 20GB Hard Disk Drive.

I have to confess that the reason why I was hesitant was because I had a "killed processor" and I had to get a processor replacement ASAP. Afterwards, I attempted to comfort said member by peaceful negotiations. While I have striven to improve my "customer service" (by giving out Cell Phone Numbers and the like), I realize that being prompt is very important for me too. In the event that my processor "dies" once again, I must be willing to post my phone number for added trading convenience. Hopefully, when I do business with him in the future, everything will be prompt and will be faster as I learn lessons on being prompt, 100% behind my items, and shrewd.

  • Yamaha 16-10-40 Internal IDE CD-RW

iosmkim was the Seller on August 31, 2002 TechIMO

I was able to offer him freedom of choice as far as CD-Burning Software is concerned because I felt that the Roxio Easy CD Creator didn't work as well as Nero. I was relieved when said member told me that he had Nero Burning ROM because IMO Nero Burning ROM worked much better than the Roxio Software. In addition to striving for great customer service OBO, I also must offer people freedom of choice when it comes to CD-RW Software as well, and I respect that freedom. Thanks to my awareness between Nero and Roxio, I was able to make a worry-free sell as Nero worked fine (the last time I used it) with the Yamaha.

  • Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical

iosmkim was the Seller on July 14, 2002 TechIMO

Made sure that the Mouse was working very well before shipping, offered him the option to use PayPal. Freedom to use PayPal is in my dictionary when it comes to payment options. Mouse works fine, worry-free sell.

  • He gets the GeForce FX5900.

    Cross-traded on May 11, 2005 ResellerRatings

After realizing that something that I previously sold to him did not work, I had to rectify the situation by sacrificing my GeForce FX 5900 to him. I knew that my reputation was at stake, but since his system requirements was higher than mine, I had to perform a "crisis trade" in order to prevent my reputation from falling. He received the GeForce FX 5900 and he likes it. I'm glad I invoked a Vesther Guarantee with all items I sell. Should I have not executed my Vesther Guarantee in front of his presence, my reputation could've been affected.

  • Sold VisionTek GeForce3 to said member

iosmkim was the Seller on December 1, 2002 TechIMO

We shared a lot of info and held discussions on a different way. Phone Conversations were used in combination of Electronically-Mailed Conversations. I believe that this was the greatest sell I ever did because of the Phone Convenience I gave to said member. The reason why I gave said member convenient access to my Cell Phone was because Phone Conversations would enable me to strive for high customer service when selling OBO.

Will provide unconditional support for 90 days. The Vesther Guarantee takes full effect here--will ensure that the product will work, and hopefully, will oversee that the product is in excellent working condition. I'm placing my Vesther Guarantee to the test.
