Seller immediately gave me back a refund after we tried to clarify the issue. Very responsive and friendly. Let me keep the code if I ever get them to work. Seller had excellent communication and provided some insightful recommendations to help me with my new build. The keyboard was exactly as described but after testing each key I found one faulty switch. Looked for solutions online and contacted the manufacturer before contacting the seller. When the manufacturer told me the keyboard would have to be sent in, the seller was not hesitant or shady and fully helped me through the process which ended up with me rma'ing the keyboard and the seller giving me a full refund.
