Forum responses were very quick. Product was shipped the day after the purchase. The packing material was more than adequate. The whole experience was excellent. I would buy from this user again and would suggest anyone else do as well.

Viper shipped the product promptly. The motherboard arrived damaged due to no fault of Viper himself. Viper went out of his way to help me find a replacement and overpaid me back for the replacement. I was disappointed in the damage, but I was thrilled with the support I received from Viper and would purchase from him again in a heartbeat.

The seller communicated well and shipped a great product. Description was honest (minor scratches) and I appreciate that. My only critique is that payment date vs shipment date could have been closer together, but I understand where the seller is coming from so I still consider it a very positive experience.
