BK12321 posted a 5GB laptop harddrive in the freebees thread. He said he needed a small desktop drive, so I sent him a 6.4GB drive

We agreed to trade drives straight up, and that we would send out the drives. Communication was good, but once I sent out the harddrive, he was not communicating at all. I had PMed him 3 times and was ignored. He was logging in, but was not replying. I contacted the AT mod, and he sent BK12321 an e-mail, and then communication started up again. He said he was having car troubles, which very well could have been the case.

He eventually sent out the harddrive, but it was damaged in the mail, because it was not packaged properly. It was sent wrapped in paper-thin foam, and mailed in a padded envelope. Basically there was not enough padding. I contacted BK12321, and he agreed to reimburse me for the cost of shipping of the harddrive I had sent him.

I do not think that BK12321 is a bad trader by any means. In the end, he DID make good on the transaction. The rating is neutral simply because the transaction had some issues.

I sold a wireless router to Zasteeg. The agreement was that I would send him a PM for the total shipped amount and he would send out a money order for that amount the following day.

We agreed to cross ship. I sent Zasteeg a PM on 7/6 with the total cost including shipping as well as a tracking number. Zasteeg logged in later that day, but did not respond to my PM. I did not hear back from Zasteeg until July 15th. He said that he was on vacation but had the router in hand and told me that payment went out that day (Saturday).

I did not receive a cashiers check until JULY 31st. The check was dated July 18th, and was 13 cents short (He claimed he forgot the amount that he owed me). The 13 cents is not a big deal, but the issue is that the payment was to be sent out on July 5th. When I was told that it was sent on the 15th, I said that was fine. The fact that the check was dated on July 18th is the main issue here. Since I did not receive it until the 31st, I\'m not even sure when payment was actually sent out.

I fulfilled my end of this transaction. I shipped, and expected payment to be sent out after I notified Zasteeg of the total. The issue is that he was not truthful as to when payment was sent, which is not acceptable in my opinion

The card works great. The reason for the neutral evaluation is that we agreed to cross ship, yet he waited to receive the item before shipping the card out. Communication was lacking once I sent the drive out. Goteeman did send me the card though, so everything is okay. He still seems like a good guy, and would probably still trade with him in the future.
