He ignored me for a while, then said his car battery died, would have to wait a week to ship. I asked for a refund, got nothing. Had to file a claim with paypal to get my money back. He also has ripped off a few other people on hardforum.

I sent the $25 and he was supposed to ship his CPU first, provide me tracking, then I would ship mine. Few days went by with no word, then a couple weeks later had to make a paypal claim. He came back to refund the money and said he would still send the CPU, but never did and never heard anything else about it.

Nothing lost but time.
